MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for Multimedia Producers!

General Description: The Multimedia Producer prepares concepts and scripts for multimedia pieces, researches and develops story ideas and prepares final story proposals for approval. The Multimedia Producer is expected to create training, animation, and marketing/event videos, depending on the need of the project.

Work Arrangement: Office-based

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Responsibilities:

Reports to the Director of Global Marketing and their immediate supervisor
Collaborates with other content creators in the marketing team to understand the audience, story, message, call to action, and the desired viewer response
Creates storyboards based on scripts, does the sequencing, and create animations if needed
Listens to feedback and adjusts the video draft to the requirements of the client
Ensures that the final cut aligns with the requirements and is delivered on time
Taps on their creativity to effectively tell a visual story that engages the audience
Researches what styles and trends work in the industry and applies them accordingly

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or certificate in design, art, advertising, or any multimedia-related course
At least 2 years of experience in video production for advertising projects
Demo reel or portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro
Proficiency in mixing and editing audio tracks and effects
Attention to detail and a knack for visual storytelling
The drive to learn advanced techniques from superiors or tutorials

Other Requirements:

College grads preferred but college level or undergrads are accepted as well
Must have a portfolio

Willing to learn workflows, executions and standards set by the team and department

Resides in or is willing to relocate to Cebu City

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

Monthly salary of 25,000 - 40,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
