Is currently looking for:






  • Responsible for providing assistance and logistical support to the Manager for recruitment on activities related to recruitment & sourcing, marketing HR administration, and all related topics;

  • Responsible for custodianship and safekeeping of HR related information and records;

  • Responsible for delivery of first level basic HR services and reception of concerns, questions and issues from employees.

  • Supports day to day Talent Acquisition Activities but not limited to Paper Screening, initial Interviews and facilitates exam and conducting of pre employment discussions

  • Liaise with the Hiring Managers on the progress of the vacancies and openings


  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience with strong HR operational focus, preferably in BPO-/Call-center business

  • With at least 1-year core experience in recruitment

  • Good knowledge and experience in Relationship and vendor management (agencies)

  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business or Psychology

  • Recruiting processes preferably with mass hiring background

  • Training & Qualification: deliver support to training initiatives and implementation of programs.

  • Specialist or expert with broad experience in HR Administration

  • Ensure HR Compliance

  • Willing to be on 5 months project base
