Is currently looking for:

 

JUNIOR ANALYST, ORDER TO CASH

 

Responsibilities:

  • Continuous Process Improvement

  • Participate and support implementation of process optimization & standardization

  • Contribute ideas for improving efficiency in own processes.

  • Execute UAT on processes handled.

  • Provide audit supports and answer audit queries pertaining to processes handled

  • Submit monthly internal control evidences.

  • Performs ad-hoc activities as assigned.

  • Responsible for the delivery of assigned tasks : daily business operations and perform accounting procedures related to transactional accounting (Accounts Receivable)

  • Processing of daily cash allocation/posting of payments and clearing Transitory & customer's account

  • Customer Attention Calls & Emails (first route)

  • Generation of Statements and sending to Customers

  • Execution of the daily & weekly invoicing

  • Spare Parts Invoice Posting to Customer

  • Responsible for the delivery of month-end tasks to ensure on time closing of AR sub-ledger for assigned market

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degreee, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Equivalent; CPA holder preferably but not required.

  • Knowledge of the entire accounting process and the interdependencies with other accounting processes

  • Preferably with business knowledge : experience) (Mercedes-Benz/SSC/Automotive

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

  • Proficient on Excel Spreadsheet development, including the ability to create formulas and schedules

  • Basic level and some experience in Office Tools (Knowledge, experience and application of MS Office tools, other project tools, Visio)

  • Knowledge in web-based tools

  • Intermediate knowledge on accounting systems (SAP)

  • Ability to learn accounting tasks Ability for team-work and communication skills with colleagues and supervisor

  • Communication skills for operational purposes (other SSC areas and the MPCs)

  • Quality-minded professional and high self-demanding approach for daily work tasks fulfilment

  • Keen to details Should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask

  • English : Speaks and writes business language fluently Local language (depending on the country, if needed) Process and service-oriented
