About the Role:

  • Design and build high quality and high-performance native workforce management mobile application on the or Android platform

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in open discussions to define, design and ship new features

  • Support the Humanforce mobile product development team in implementing business requirements

  • Identify potential problems or gaps in solutions and resolve them with the mobile team

  • Unit test code for robustness to find any edge cases and ensure reliability

  • Fix application bugs and crashes

  • Help maintain high code quality standards

About the Candidate:

  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience

  • Excellent knowledge of Kotlin.

  • Solid understanding of Android SDK and other commonly used libraries/frameworks

  • Strong understating of common architectural principles and patterns of building mobile apps (Dependency injection, MVVM etc.)

  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming using coroutines

  • Good understating of Material Design guidelines

  • Strong experience in Git

  • Solid understanding of using REST web services in the mobile development.

  • Understanding of data security best practices related to mobile development

  • Good grasp on the fundamentals of performance and efficiency in computer systems
