Is currently looking for:

 

DELEARSHIP AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS CENTER ASSISTANT

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

In charge for all customer concerns regarding Mazda Cebu's service from appointment and actual service.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Must be consistent in pro-active calls and call at least thirty-five (35) customers a day.

2.  Strictly monitors the maintenance status of each unit and convince customers to have their vehicles serviced regularly according to the standard service required.

3.  Makes reports for all the reasons why customers refuse to set appointment.

4.  Ensure that there is enough workshop capacity when booking a customer for appointment.

5.  Responsible for knowing the workshop limited capacity and writing it down in the ASLP or Appointment Shop Load Planner.

6.  Reviews units for the past six (6) months to one (1) year and thoroughly check their service history and schedule appointment.

7.  Submits weekly reports of Proactive Call Summary.

8.  Calls customers that didn’t show up on their appointment and ask for their preferred date and time to commence appointment.

9.  Attends to customer's needs.

10.Consistently offers refreshment to waiting customers.

11.  Performs other duties assigned from time to time.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 

EDUCATION

  • Graduate of any 4 year course

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING

  • 1-2 years experience in Customer Service

SEX/AGE/STATUS

  • Preferably female; single or married

SKA's

  • Good in written and oral communication skills

  • Computer Literate (MS Office Applications)

  • Willing to be trained and develop new skills

  • With excellent customer service skills

  • With high sense of responsibility and integrity

  • Must be pro-active
