Minimum Requirements:

  • Licensed Civil engineer.

  • 2-5 years working experience as cost engineer working in commercial, industrial construction projects.

  • Proficient in autocad and other design / engineering software including MS Office programs and zoom. 

  • Good communication skills: Can effectively and professionally communicate with co‐workers, outside agencies, business partners, and consultants.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates of the Projects.

  • Prepare cost estimates during the preparation of the future projects.

  • Participate in the bidding process.

  • Check quantity and cost for variations of the works and in certifying monthly statements of work contracts.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates including bill of quantities of works contract packages.

  • Assist in preparing contract drawings for the projects.

  • Review and analysis of weekly report and monthly reports of sub contractors.

  • Collect information on work done quantities, material on site.

  • Review and calculate monthly statements and accomplishment reports submitted by sub contractors.

  • Regular update of overall project cost estimates by completion.

  • Prepare a budgetary plan for implementation and necessary financial documents.
