Marketplace Specialist (Mirakl experience)


The Onboarding Specialist is to provide direct support to Sellers, as part of their registration and onboarding process onto the Marketplace.


The Onboarding Specialist is the primary contact for the Seller in the onboarding phase, to ensure the Seller has a positive experience.


The role plays a critical part in making the Marketplace a trusted platform for sellers and customers. By ensuring that Seller can upload products and continue to thrive on Catch after the onboarding phase.


What will you do?

  • Fluent in Both Turkish and English

  • Respond to Customer requests (by phone, email)

  • Examine and resolve customer service issues

  • Addressing customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner

  • Communicating changes, updates, delays, or complications with customers

  • Process orders and resolve payment, refund, and billing issues

  • Develop and execute sales campaigns using various sales tactics and focused messaging

  • Establish and leverage strategies with existing partners to gain market share

  • Work in a consultative manner to ensure expectations and success are achieved

  • Achieve performance metrics and consistently hit quota

  • Ensure all business processes and policies are followed with precision, including but not limited to systems use, sales methodology, communication standards, etc.

  • Troubleshoot small technical setup issues or route them to relevant teams.

  • Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision-makers, build quick rapport, assess needs and close the sale

  • Own individual and team revenue quota for hardware and software products
