HR OFFICER

 

A. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems

  2. Provide counseling on policies and procedures

  3. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process

  4. Create and implement effective onboarding plans

  5. Develop training and development programs

  6. Assist in performance management processes

  7. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues

  8. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements

  9. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

  10. Drive organizational change ensuring staff remain engaged, motivated, and valued.

  11. Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.

B. JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 

I. Educational Background:

  • Graduate of any of the following courses: Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

II. Experience:

  • Proven experience as HR officer, or other HR position.

  • Knowledge in HR functions, understands labor laws and disciplinary procedures

III. Knowledge, Skills and Attitude:

a. Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, and interpersonal skills

b. Strong in verbal and written communication skills.

c. Well-organized with leadership skills and able to multitask.

d. Strong work ethics and reliability.
