ABOUT THE ROLE: HR SUPERVISOR (for Cebu Safari and/or El-Mar Resort) - MANPOWER POOLING.
It covers general and supervisorial/management support for Human Resource and personnel services.
Together with the HR Manager, you will be responsible for spearheading and facilitating a wide range of human resource functions including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring personnel, employee services and benefits, employee relations, providing assistance with performance appraisals and corrective actions, and ensuring Company personnel are well informed of human resource policies and programs.
You will also oversee the human resource information system, or employee database, maintains and updates employee records, completes any and all reporting requirements, and ensures that Company records and reporting are in compliance with the Philippine Labor Law's regulations.
You will constantly update job descriptions and assists with salary administration (timekeeping & workforce check) processes. Likewise, you will handle HR Timekeeping (biometrics) and Payroll system entry.
Provides direct assistance to the HR Manager and area personnel on training programs, benefits management, and other human resource concerns.
Graduate of BS Psychology or any business course with specialization in Human Resources Development or Management from reputable colleges and universities.
At least 1-3 years in the same position and function with 3-5 years relevant HR Experience.
Demonstrates integrity and honesty, and is a smart worker.
Keen to details. Tech savvy and a good communicator.
Attentive to deadlines, by presenting and submitting required reports on time.
Actual Relevant-HR Supervisorial Experience.
Drives his/her personal motorcycle/vehicle.
Attentive to mobile/online communication.
