  • You are responsible, with your department, to provide all services for the booked international travel package.

  • You interact with our airline-, hotels-, transport- and other suppliers to ensure the booking and servicing process.

  • You interact with our partners in strategic function, daily business demand or to resolve escalations provided by your team or other departments.

  • You analyze and monitor financial reports which are related to your responsibilities, which includes your preparation for short- and long-term budgets.

  • You are responsible to operate within the budget and work highly solution-orientated by problems.

  • You monitor the markets for your field and understand the trends and/or airlines promotions etc. and impacts, initiate the right action.

  • You create successful cooperation- and communication environment with our partners.

  • Your skills in system knowledge of airline systems and others are excellent to be able to book flight, hotel, transfers, visa, bus, train etc. as per the package inclusions

  • You must be knowledgeable with GDS system (e.g., Amadeus, Saber, Apollo)

  • You must know how to issue flight tickets and booking reservations.

Skills and qualifications:

  • You are a member of the management board and represent your department to your stakeholders

  • You provide excellent leadership- and management skills, managerial attitude and behavior, and want to prove your flexibility

  • You know all technics and tools how to develop, train and engage your result-driven reservations team and each individual team member as a daily routine and strategic plan

  • You work pro-active, have excellent communication skills and deliver results on time

  • You have excellent organization skills and ability to perform and guide your team under pressure

  • You have superb listening skills and ability to pay close attention to detail if needed

  • High monitoring skills for daily tasks to match the timelines (work done by the team, escalations, open issues if any)

  • You establish track record of targets, KPI’s, SLA’s, in a quality led, legislative compliant environment

  • You provide excellent Microsoft office skills and can develop and provide the necessary reporting’s and dashboards

  • You have a minimum of 4 years managerial experience with at least 7 team member
