Job Description:

  • Provide phone support to field service reps troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving, and documenting.

  • Ensures that all customer inquiries are satisfactorily answered, resolved, properly documented in the CRM and closed within agreed timelines.

  • Work in a team-based environment with the ability to function with independent discretion

Job Qualifications:

  • Any college graduate or college level (undergraduate) is acceptable.

  • Helpdesk experience in an IT environment working with Windows machines, a plus

  • Experience working with electrical equipment and field repair, a plus

  • Two (2) years related experience in customer support and customer relation, preferred

  • Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills with strong attention-to-detail and follow-up skills; customer-focused and results-oriented attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communications,

  • Tech-savvy, self-starter, fast learner and resourceful

  • Willingness to be on call and attend to technical issues outside of normal business hours

  • Ability to reliably commute to MEPZ1, Lapulapu City or planning to relocate before starting work on-site
