COMPANY NURSE

 

A company nurse, also known as an occupational health nurse, maintains a healthy and productive work environment. He/she is responsible for assessing exposure risks, aiding employee recovery and assisting injured employees. He/she also engages the employees in planned programs to promote a healthy lifestyle and proper work-home balance.

 

Requirements:

  • At Least Nursing associate or Bachelor's degree graduate

  • Open with no experience.

  • Experience is an advantage

  • Amenable to work or stay-in  in Marigondon, Lapu-lapu City

  • If married, the husband can be a driver or do maintenance with pay

Responsibilities:

  • Assesses employee's health condition and refers the sick employee to the company physician, recognized clinics and diagnostic centers or hospitals if advised to go home.

  • Dispenses medicines as per employees health complaints.

  • Records all employees who visited the clinic for medical assistance in the stocks card. (i.e. names, complaints and medicines given.)

  • Sets schedule and coordinates with HR for the annual physical examination of employees.

  • Provide or create dietary meal plans for the employees and Boss

  • He/she would spend at least two hours a day, and maybe three or four, writing up and researching diets for whatever staff wanted to embark on a healthier eating journey. She can come up with a diet for the Boss with calculations for carbs protein and fats to make sure that he is having a well balanced nutrition

  • To remind the Boss what and when he has to take vitamins.

  • Makes a report for the summary of the examination and files the medical records.
