ADMIN OFFICER
 
Job Description:
  • Coordinate with various local government units/agencies in processing application and renewal of Business Permits, Licenses, and other requirements on behalf of the company or organization;
  • Processing the application and renewal of, including but not limited to, various permits, licenses, certification in compliance with various government regulations;
  • Assists in the retrieval of archived records or corporate documents of the company that are needed;
  • Consults with the appropriate government regulatory bodies for additional clarifications on specific
    provisions on laws and regulations;
  • Assist in processing of new bank account's opening, leasing or loan application, and accounts updating
    as required by various banks;
  • Monitors implementation of procedural guideline to ensure compliance with rules and regulations;
  • Design and implement effective action plans in response to audit findings and compliance violations;
  • Do actual fieldworks for the submission of relevant documents needed to various government
    institutional facilities;
  • Maintains and updates company secretarial records, key corporate documents, etc.;
  • In-charge of incorporation of companies as and when requested;
  • General filing of documents and statutory books;
  • To take responsibility of all regulatory matters; and
  • Perform other duties may be assigned from time to time.
