General Job Description: 

 

The Finance & Admin Manager is responsible for establishing, overseeing, and enhancing the organization's Accounting and Admin system/procedures, such as information management, facilities planning and maintenance, custodial operations, budget planning and control, cash management, and tax handling functions and other office support services. He/she shall handle the following areas; (1) Bookkeeping, (2) Cashiering, (3) Credit and Collection (4) Purchasing (5) Warehouse Management (6) Admin, (7) Human Resources. Additionally, the employee is directly reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. 

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

  • Preferably with a Master's Degree related to Business Management

  • At least two (2) years of working experience in the related field;

  • At least two (2) years of supervisory working experience 

  • Works independently 

  • Possesses a strong level of initiative and willingness to take action

  • Strong decision-making skill

  • Detail Oriented 

  • Service-oriented

  • Good communication skills

  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Tool Application
