Main office (Galo St.) and Warehouse (Reclamation Area) located in Bacolod City that distributes Dry goods to the four Branches which located at CADIZ CITY, ESCALANTE CITY & KABANKALAN CITY.

 

Retail and Wholesale establishment that sells a wide variety of goods. Including ready-to-wear apparel and accessories for adults and children, yard goods and household textiles, small household wares, kitchen wares, electrical appliances, hardware, footwear, school supplies, cosmetics, party needs, seasonal needs, etc. These goods are separated into divisions and departments supervised by managers and consumers.

 

Department stores are often classified according to the kinds of goods they carry and the prices they charge; typical categories include discount, general merchandise, fashion or high fashion, and specialty. Many offer additional services, including gift wrapping, alterations, and personal shopping.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Female

  • BS degree in any related course

  • With or Without Experience

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

  • Can able to work independently

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers

  • Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs

  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best

  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates

  • Monitor retail operating costs, budgets, and resources

  • Suggest sales training programs and techniques

  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs

  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning

  • Handle complaints from customers

  • Research emerging products and use information to update the store’s merchandise

  • Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses, and competition

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functional and presentable

  • Make sure all employees adhere to company’s policies and guidelines

  • Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff

  • Leadership and organizational abilities

  • Interpersonal and communication skills

  • Problem-solving attitude

  • Flexibility to work in shifts
