SENIOR RECRUITER

ABOUT THE JOB

Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates for open roles in a headhunt / executive search manner
Sourcing competitive candidates for future opportunities and to pitch to clients
Screening applicants
Proactively and continually developing and maintaining an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent
Approaching candidates actively and passively
Determining the suitable sourcing platforms per job
Following up with applicants to finish the recruitment process
Acting as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
Collaborating with the team and Director to effectively forecast talent needs in order to build proactive talent pipelines in advance of need.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (deep resourcing)
Minimum 2 years working for a Western company
Very strong written and verbal English skills
Very strong attention to detail
Critical thinking
Ability to juggle multiple demands at a time
Highly effective, engaged, organized and data-driven
Ability or experience conducting interviews
