What you must bring to the table?

Must be a Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant
Experience in Xero & Handling Australian Clients is a Must
Experience in training or leading a team is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Accounting degree or similar, with 5 years of related work experience is essential
Big 4 Accounting firm experience is a plus
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize to meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Strong in general business analysis from a financial perspective
Ability to problem-solve and meet strict deadlines
Possesses strong initiative

What you will be doing:

Financial Statement, Income Tax Return & FBT Return preparation for various clients
Compliance Review for various entities
Year-end Compliance Requirements
Monthly Financial Reporting for clients
Financial Statement Analysis
Client Consultation
Managing & Training the Accounting Team in the Cebu and/or Melbourne Offices
