What you must bring to the table?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

  • 1-2 years of work experience as a Technical Sourcer/Recruiter

  • At least 6mos of US Recruitment experience

  • Knowledge of various sourcing and recruiting techniques

  • Familiarity with various professional and social media networks

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Strong presentation and networking skills

  • The profile will research, contact, and nurture the top 5% of US software engineering talent using Linkedin Recruiter Lite.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and the hiring manager for the recruitment approach

  • Create and execute excellent sourcing techniques

  • Exceptional communication and networking skills that can keep up with both client and candidates

  • Work with team members for better evaluation and recruitment approaches
