CSR (VOICE, NON-VOICE, & BLENDED ACCOUNTS)
 
Responsibilities:
Provides customer support through various channels
Providing proper documentation on customer interactions or incidences
Qualifications:
Must be able to work full time, 40 hrs per week
Able to work on a night shift schedule
Able to work onsite in IT Park, Cebu City
Very good English communication skills both verbal and written
Basic computer skills
No BPO experience is required
