ACCOUNTING OFFICER

 

Type of Role:

Position Level:

  • 1-4 Years Experienced Employee

Minimum Years of Needed Experience:

  • 1-2 Years

Est Salary Level:

  • Php 13,000 to 18,000

Job Specialization:

  • Finance-General Cost Accounting --> Financial Accounting and Reporting

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage the accounts of our customers

  • Manage and handle day-to-day inventory and stocks.

  • Implement inventory control protocols

  • Manage operational efficiency and suggest ways to improve the company's process flow.

  • Report to the head everyday regarding updates, suggestions, etc.

Job Qualifications:

  • Good Communication Skills 

  • Analytical and strong attention to detail

  • Organized and works well with other people (has leadership abilities)

  • Honest and Trustworthy

  • Is hard working capable of multi-tasking

Optional Qualifications:

  • Preferably a College Graduate of 4 year Business Course, MS, Accountancy, Financial Accountancy, or Industrial Engineering

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
