  • BA in human resources, or similar relevant field

  • Previous working experience as HR ER Personnel  for at least 1 year

  • Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices

  • Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations

  • Hands on experience with HR software (HRIS) is an advantage

  • Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Great Interpersonal Skills who are able to build relationships with the employees

  • Good judgement and problem solving skills in resolving conflicts

  • Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
