IT SPECIALIST
Duties and responsibilities:
Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of the systems;
Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements;
Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems;
Implement security measures;
Install and update company software and hardware as needed;
Ensure that computer hardware and software, as well as networks and servers, work consistently and correctly;
Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Keen attention to details
Good organization, time management and prioritization
Efficient troubleshooting abilities
Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and public listening
Holds a degree in any of the fields: Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering or any other related courses
Has 2 or more years of IT -related Job experience
