IT SUPPORT

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software of related infrastructure.

• Providing IT Support for desktop users for any technical issues. 

• Identifying/diagnosing/resolving IT hardware and software issues. 

• Replacing or repairing the necessary parts. 

• Monitor System and Network infrastructure.

• Escalate detected issues to related department. 

• Setting up access for new employees and deactivation for resigned employees. 

• Log gathering.

• Maintain related procedures and reports that provide support to the organization.

• Training new IT Support.

• Implementing ISO27001:2013 Compliance. 

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Information Technology or any related course

• Knowledge in troubleshooting computer and basic network skills

• Willing to work in shifting schedule

• Good oral and written English communication skills

• Ability to work as a team member as well as independently.

• Willing to work in Makati area.

• Knowledge in Basic Linux Server and/or Windows Server Navigation and Operations is a plus
