Food Dispatcher - ASAP!

Is currently looking for:

(4) FOOD DISPATCHER

Key Responsibilities:

• Tasked to communicate orders and information between the front of house and back of the house, making sure that food is cooked in the right order, quickly and presented to the customer as beautifully as possible.

• Receive orders from the server, relay them to the kitchen.

• Monitor progress and ensure that the kitchen puts out the dishes according to the tickets specifications.

• Prepares plates that are needed

• Monitors sanitation and proper temperatures.

• Production of Desserts/ Salads.

• Responsible for the production and preparation of different types of Mister's Seafood and Grill Ingredients and Desserts with strict compliance to restaurant recipes and specifications.

• Cleans the vegetables and seafoods.

• Back up cook when needed.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate with at least 1 year experience as a food dispatcher.

• Highly knowledgeable about food safety and GMP standards.

• Knows how to cook.

• The position is a restaurant-based post.

• Must be willing to render shifting schedule with 6 days work week.

• Has good interpersonal skills
