Cebu RTK Marketing, Inc. is an importer and distributor of medical and diagnostic supplies and equipment.  Established in 1987, we have been serving healthcare institutions and facilities in Visayas and Mindanao for over thirty years.  We look forward to growing our organization as we actively participate in the ever dynamic and constantly progressing healthcare industry.


Our company is looking for a Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales, promotion and collection of payments, as well as making accurate and timely reports.


In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also excellent interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.



  • Generating leads.

  • Schedule sales appointments and activities

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

  • Obtaining payments from clients.

  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

  • Maintaining client records.

  • Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

  • Promote products/services to new and existing customers

  • Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship

  • Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team

  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value


  • Good moral character

  • College graduate.  Degree from a medical course is an advantage.

  • Experience in sales is an advantage although not necessary.

  • A commitment to excellent customer service.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.

  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

  • Competency in MS applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Highly motivated, determined, and target driven

  • Willing to be assigned anywhere in Visayas or Mindanao

  • Willing to be trained
