SALES OPERATION MANAGER

SUMMARY

Responsible for all the sales operation relating to a specific business unit of the company in the assigned territory. Plan, direct and coordinate the operations of an organization. He is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies. The operation manager (OM) plays a key role and serves as a bridge between the distributor and the principal to ensure alignment in chalking out the overall operational policy.

Education and Experience

• College degree courses. 

• Sales Operation experience.

• Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management

• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices

• Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices

• Knowledge of human resource principles and practices

• Knowledge of project management principles and practices

• Information technology skills
