Given our rapid expansions in Philippines we are on the look out for a Finance Assistant or officer to join our Philippines operations based in Cebu City.

Candidates should really possess relevant experience and/ or related qualifications in accounting, business administration or financial management.

Remuneration will be on par with industry standards and based on Individual experience and competency.

AREA OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Reports to: SENIOR MANAGER OPERATIONS, TRAINING & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Department: Operations

Location: 308 3F Alpha Robinsons Cybergate

Employee Status: Regular Full-Time

Position Purpose:

Oversee all the activities within the operations department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales

2. Overseeing inventory needs of the store

3. Analyzing data to report on brand growth

4. Motivating and supervising employees

5. Improving the work environment and operations of your department and the organization as a whole.

6. Analyze industry, competition and market trends

7. Prepare reports on brand performance and sales

8. Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.

9. Develop and implement effective brand-building strategies.

10. Developing strategies to improve department metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

• Male/ Female

• Strong project management, administrative management, and organizational skills.

• Experience in implementing operational processes.

• Good working knowledge of operational procedures and policies.

• Ability to conduct research and analyze data

• Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Results- driven attitude

• Detail oriented

• BS/BA Marketing, Communication, Business or related field; Master’s/ MBA is a plus
