JOB Qualification:

  • Graduate of Any Business Related Course 

  • With At least 3 years Supervisory Experience in Purchasing operation in Fuel Industry

  • Experience in engaging with suppliers

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • Has a high level of Integrity and Ethics.

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • Familiarity with SAP accounting software 

  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

  • Demonstrated organization and time management skills

  • Ability to make decisions based on quantitative analysis and creative thinking

  • Strong self-starter balanced with desire to achieve team goals.

  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with uncompromising integrity and confidentiality

JOB Description:

  • Responsible in canvassing and purchasing of required supplies from Clients

  • Communicates with potential suppliers

  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery

  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

  • Prepares daily report regarding purchasing matters

  • Record transactions to SAP accounting software
