Logix BPO is an Remote Staffing & Business Process Outsourcing company based in The Queen City of the South, Cebu City.
We are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL Virtual Assistant Team Leader to join our fast growing BPO company and support our fantastic clients in Australia, UK and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
 
As a VA Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, quality, constant improvement and performance of our Virtual Assistant teams. Responsibilities include:
Be a highly positive role model and consistently demonstrate the company values & behaviors.
Partner with the Human Resource & Leadership Team and drive a positive team culture to maintain impressive levels of employee performance and engagement
Supervise your Virtual Assistant teams and provide a high level of support regarding all day-to-day activities ensuring company processes, policies & procedures are always maintained
Facilitate individual team member monthly one on one meetings regarding work performance
Analyse team data / statistics / performance outcomes to effectively develop and deliver both individual and team-based learning opportunities and continuous improvements
Ensure new incentives provided by leadership teams are well understood by the virtual assistant teams and delivered
Ensure your sales team clock in on time, provide timesheets, clock in and out of lunch breaks on time, deliver sales KPIs per day, and set appointment KPIs
Ensure leadership teams receive regular reports on team performance, insights and improvements
Maintain effective communication and ensure team members are kept up to date regarding new products, new promotions, new processes & procedures, system enhancements and any other important updates to Contact Centre operations
Co-facilitate our new employee induction program as well as our monthly team meeting / team training sessions
Support recognition programs for all staff within the teams to ensure that high performance is regularly rewarded
Provide weekly timesheet reports to partners based on their virtual assistants activities
Provide account management of partners ensuring they feel well looked after
Ensure that partners training and upskilling requests are received and virtual assistants are provided with the relevant training
Requirements
 
We are looking for a reliable, dedicated Team Leader for this role. Someone who takes pride in their work, has exceptional attention to detail, excellent time keeping skills and who wants to prove themselves to grow into a higher leadership role within the business.
Proven track record as a highly successful and inspiring Team Leader and Coach with minimum of 2 years' Team Leader experience is essential
Ability to provide clear direction and strong, authentic leadership to team members
Passion for providing a world class customer experience and coaching
Ability to quickly become proficient regarding Logix BPO, services, systems, processes and procedures, and provide improvements insights
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
High level of attention to detail and problem solving / critical thinking skills
High level of emotional intelligence with ability to build / maintain effective relationships
Ability to maintain a health and safety culture and develop and maintain a culture of respect, care and professionalism
Genuine passion for coaching & mentoring to drive continuous improvement
Solid proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs and desktop computer skills
Be flexible and adaptable to change / able to implement change effectively
Additional Information
Permanent contract subject to a 6 month probation period
