OPERATIONS MANAGER

 

As an Operations Manager, you will be handling tasks in different areas such as the following.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience in account management

  • At least 2 years Operations Manager experience, required

  • Phone and Email Support Experience, required

  • Live customer support experience (multi channel) is preferred

  • Sales Consulting or Account Management experience

  • Experience working in B2C environment preferred

  • Basic internet technologies familiarity (web, email, IM), software (browsers, common plug-ins, common websites) and terminology

  • Technologically-capable: CRM software and Account management systems and related systems

  • Comfortable reading, drafting and presenting technical documentation/bug filing

  • Experience in Google Analytics or similar tools in a plus

  • Google or YouTube product knowledge and experience is a plus

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and general troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms

  • Provide customer and technical support to customers through inbound phone, chat and email requests

  • Independently identify, troubleshoot, document, categorize and replicate customer problems and then escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong leadership skills for driving excellence

  • Analytical & numerical skills

  • Decision making & problem solving with good insight on numbers

  • Experience in initiating and driving automation projects  

  • Excellent communicator 

  • Sound knowledge of systems, application, etc

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Lead and Manage voice / non Voice process of 100+ FTEs

  • Coordinate business operations with all sites

  • Driving efficiency to exceed SLA & increasing revenue/fte

  • Developing ideas towards innovation and value added tools for driving efficiency

  • Excellent client communication

  • Identifying areas of cost efficiency

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:

  • At least College Graduate ( Post graduation – MBA is a plus )

  • Six Sigma certification is a plus

  • Comfortable with night shifts
