  • Supervises the day-to-day activity of the Medical Bill Review group.

  • Ensures all targets are met per client expectations.

  • Ensures appropriate staffing levels and facilitates the allocation of work.

  • Interfaces with clients to identify and resolve on-going issues.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
