About the Client: DrCatalyst
DrCatalyst is a remote healthcare staffing organization that has over 250 billable staff from the Philippines. We are looking for a trainer who will be responsible for both new hire training tasks and up skill or refresher sessions for existing employees. They communicate directly with trainees, new hires or tenured, and facilitate training sessions, activities, evaluations, and other trainee concerns. They directly report to the division managers.


Work from Home/Office-based


Mondays - Fridays but may change when off training schedule


All national Philippines and USA holidays are observed, but Managers rotate to supply coverage only if billable employees are required to work. 

Monthly Salary (not including bonuses):

  • PHP 20,000 - 22,000

    • Inclusive of 5,250 PHP for subsidies: rice, laundry, food, clothing, and more

  • 5,000 New Hire Bonus


  • Run training sessions to new hires and existing employees

  • Conducts communication training sessions with every batch of new hires (including mock calls) 

  • Create training videos and materials for both new hires and existing employees

  • Provide training reports such as training scores and evaluations

  • Facilitate related activities such as hands-on, quizzes and examinations, mock-calls, corrections and feedback, etc.

  • Study and create new materials

  • Create and administer quizzes or other evaluations

  • Track and record trainee performance including attendance, evaluation results, and trainee conduct

  • Other tasks deemed necessary to improve the business


  • College Graduate of any course

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written 

  • 1 to 2 years of experience as a Trainer- preferably with Healthcare BPO experience

  • With background in Health Insurance Eligibility and Authorization 

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Strong research and strategic analysis skills

  • Computer literacy (knowledge in Google sheets and MS is a plus)
