Is currently looking for:

 

TERRITORY SALES MANAGER | DAVAO REGION

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Presents and sells company products to current and potential clients

  • Negotiates terms of an agreement and makes accurate and rapid cost calculations before closing sales

  • Consistently hits or exceeds monthly sales quota

  • Identifies business opportunities by recognizing sales prospects and making contact

  • Maintains accurate records of all sales, presentations, contacts, referrals, cold calls, etc.

  • Prepares sales reports and submits them in a timely manner

  • Creates actions plans and schedules to determine specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made

  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge of products, market trends, best practices, etc.

  • Establishes and maintains excellent client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Animal Science, Agricultural Technology, Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, Horticulture or the equivalent

  • Required Skill(s): Sales and negotiation, communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Must have at least 2 years’ experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets

  • Must be trust-worthy, reliable, hard-working and self-motivated

  • Can work with minimal supervision

  • Must possess a driver's license and can drive a manual vehicle

  • Can start asap
