Is currently looking for:
 
TERRITORY SALES MANAGER | DAVAO REGION
 
Roles and Responsibilities:
Presents and sells company products to current and potential clients
Negotiates terms of an agreement and makes accurate and rapid cost calculations before closing sales
Consistently hits or exceeds monthly sales quota
Identifies business opportunities by recognizing sales prospects and making contact
Maintains accurate records of all sales, presentations, contacts, referrals, cold calls, etc.
Prepares sales reports and submits them in a timely manner
Creates actions plans and schedules to determine specific targets and project the number of contacts to be made
Maintains professional and technical knowledge of products, market trends, best practices, etc.
Establishes and maintains excellent client relationships
Qualifications:
Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Animal Science, Agricultural Technology, Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, Horticulture or the equivalent
Required Skill(s): Sales and negotiation, communication (both oral and written), interpersonal and presentation skills
Must have at least 2 years’ experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
Must be trust-worthy, reliable, hard-working and self-motivated
Can work with minimal supervision
Must possess a driver's license and can drive a manual vehicle
