We are currently accepting applicants for the following post:
To act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Conduct initial orientation and update records of newly hired employees
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation, etc.)
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
Maintain a database of all training materials
Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
Communicate training needs and online resources
Maintain calendars of the HR management team
Provides and monitors WOP (Work Orientation Program) for newly hired employees
Assist with employees concern on benefits
Perform any related task that may be assigned from time to time

Education and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Industrial Engineering
With at least 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant handling Learning and Development
Knowledgeable with MS Office, Pages, Numbers, Keynote, and others
Organized, efficient, reliable, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
Team player, honest, creative, and can adapt to change easily

Reporting to: HRAD Supervisor
Working Hours: M-F, 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Subject to business needs. Hybrid work set-up
