PRODUCTION PLANNER & INVENTORY CONTROLLER

Main Job Function:       

• Monitor and replenish raw materials and finished goods based on established stock level per SKU

• Plan and schedule production of cutting and covering line in compliance with established manufacturing standard process and lead time.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible in planning and checking of materials deem for production of Slabs and classic items.

• Plans and manages production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize the company’s productive capacity.

• Responsible in stock replenishment planning for Raw materials and Finished goods to eliminate zero stock.

• Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.

• Coordinate planned production to all parties (Warehouse Team Leader and Production Team Leader).

• Coordinate with all supply chain (Customer Service, Production, Warehouse and Delivery) about schedules, changes, improvements in planning activities.

• Review and determine defined work specifications including detailed instructions, drawing, bill of materials, references, inspection requirements and other related matters.

• Monitor, analyze & report performance of planned production in coordination with Production Team Leader.

• Ensure the targets set by department are controlled, monitored, met, analyzed and acted upon if not attained.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by department heads.

SECONDARY DUTIES:

• Ensures that existing Company Rules and Regulations, Core Values, Safety, and Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented at all times.

• Participate in company productivity programs such as SGA and QCC.

• Observe/conducts cleanliness and 5S housekeeping in the workplace in compliance to the Health and Safety Standards set by the company.

• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Accounting Management or equivalent.

• At least a minimum of 1- 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing and Warehousing.

• Efficient in Production Planning and Inventory Management

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Fostering Teamwork and Acts Decisively.

• Demonstrate Flexibility and resilience

• Can communicate effectively at different levels

• Highly organized and trustworthy
