HR Recruitment and Engagement Analyst / Specialist

Is currently looking for:

HR RECRUITMENT AND ENGAGEMENT ANALYST / SPECIALIST

Qualifications:

• A graduate of AB/BS in Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or related field

• Analyst level must have 2-3years relevant experience

• Specialist level must have 4 years or more relevant experience

• Strong command of the English language, both oral and written

• Knowledgeable of employment and labor laws, benefits programs, etc.

• Solid sourcing, recruitment, and selection background from shared service/BPO industries

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people at all levels in the organization

Work set-up: strictly office-based
Work location: Cebu Business Park
Shift: Mid-shift
Salary: 30-35k  plus allowances if hired as an Analyst, 40-45k plus allowances if hired as Specialist
