ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, & provide general support to visitors etc.

  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Act as a liaison with/to other departments and outside agencies, including other staff such as CEO and COO, when directed.

  • Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques

  • Maintain and reorder office supplies.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

QUALIFICATION:

  • Male or Female

  • College graduate from a reputable school

  • With good scholastic records

  • Proficient in MS Office & Photoshop is a plus

  • Has excellent communication skills

  • With keen attention to details

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work, competent, analytical and motivated

  • Hardworking and reliable

  • With 1-3 years relevant working experience in the same capacity, newly graduate is accepted.
