Our team of specialists are ready to review HHA documentation for CMS compliance on the highest clinical and technical standards.




The primary function of the PT QA Specialist is to review and audit Home Health Agency therapy visit notes for documentation consistency with the patient’s therapy plan of care and adherence to the quality of care guidelines set by Medicare in the United States.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with active PRC license

  • At least 1-year experience as a Physical Therapist (preferably in gerontology and home care)

  • Working knowledge of rehab practices and procedures  

  • Experience in a Healthcare BPO is A PLUS, but not required

  • Willing to be trained for PT QA review and Medicare guidelines

  • Preferably with government IDs/numbers (SSS, Philhealth,Pag-Ibig & TIN) and valid NBI clearance

  • Willing to be trained onsite (Robinsons Cybergate site)
