WAREHOUSE LEADMAN (CEMENT DIVISION)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead to enhance communication between the warehouse, procurement/purchasing and site services, immediately lessoning the friction between the groups.

  • Help manage an accurate, revolving FIFO inventory and rigorously investigate any discrepancies.

  • Pick orders accurately from inventory locations

  • Coordinate safety meetings and create presentations and procedures base on OSH requirements.

  • Apply warehouse management expertise in the implementation

  • Ensure all personnel comprehend safety regulations according to OSH regulations

  • Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehouse activities, safety performance, and logistics quality management.

  • Maintain and develop positive business relationships with a customer's key personnel involve in or directly relevant to a logistics activity.

  • Lead the team in the receiving process, pack and ship fulfillment

  • Receive inventory into system for stocking and issuing.

  • Able to operate forklift is an advantage
