We are in urgent need of:

 

HEAD CHEF

 

Responsible for assisting the Executive Chef / Food & Beverage Manager in supervising and coordinating all Kitchen sub-sections and satellites.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate Degree in Culinary Arts required (Bachelor’s preferred)

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Chef in a full-service restaurant

  • 5+ years’ experience in a supervisory role

  • Excellent communication and organization skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Dedicated to food quality and control

  • Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards

  • Knowledgeable in food costing

  • HACCP certified

  • Knows menu pricing

  • Customer service-oriented 

Salary Expectation: 35,000 – 50,000
