CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

 

Qualifications:

  • Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business related course;

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience / customer Relations Management or equivalent is an advantage;

  • Ability to coach and mentor customer service representatives/associates;

  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor;

  • Confident, with a positive and customer-oriented mindset/attitude;

  • Excellent phone etiquette.

  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications

  • With good communication and negotiation skills; highly organized and keen attention details.
