CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE

 

MAIN JOB FUNCTION

  • Responsible for managing the company’s overall marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Responsible for reporting of marketing strategies and results.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures a smooth customer experience from phone call all the way to when the customer terminates the contract.

  • Contributes to internal and external communications which may include web content, social media, emails, printed advertisements and more.

  • Builds relationships with customers and key stakeholders within the business.

  • Analyzes data from the surveys, complaints to diagnose data in a commercial sense and fix the solution.

  • Ensures a smooth customer experience from phone call all the way to when the customer terminates the contract.

SECONDARY DUTIES 

  • Ensures that existing Company Rules and Regulations, Core Values, Safety, and Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented at all times.

  • Participate in company productivity programs such as SGA and QCC.

  • Observe/conducts cleanliness and 5S housekeeping in the workplace in compliance to the Health and Safety Standards set by the company.

  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • At least a minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Marketing.

  • Knowledgeable in Market Research Techniques

  • MS Office Proficient

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Flexible and Multi-tasker

  • Results driven and highly creative

  • Can communicate effectively in different levels

  • Highly organized and trustworthy
