WEBHOSTING SPECIALIST

 

Qualifications:

-Graduates or undergraduates of IT-related courses

-Must have above average English communication skills

-Willing to do chat and email support

 

Job Description:
-Responds to queries via chat, email and/or messaging apps
-Asks the right questions to understand problem
-Takes ownership of customer cases and responds in a timely manner
-Ensures customer satisfaction at all times 
-Escalates issues or concerns to appropriate channels
-Processes and makes follow up on requests of customers
-Keeps self updated about product changes and updates

Work Setup: Hybrid
Work Location: Cebu IT Park
Shifts: Shifting
Salary: 18k gross pay plus monthly and quarterly incentives and other benefits
