Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Management/Business Course, preferably BS Psychology

  • Equipped with 5 years of work experience in Human Resources exposed in Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Records Keeping & Payroll

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Reliable, exceptional attention to details

  • With a strong sense of initiative and must be highly goal-oriented

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Preferably with knowledge of HRIS system
