 Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement policies and promote initiatives aligned with the overall strategies of the business

  • Arrange appointments, schedule important meetings of the top management, and servicing meetings which includes taking down the minutes to document important points discussed in the event

  • Responsible for encoding, preparing, and collating reports relevant to the status, updates and information with regards to business transactions and other requirements

  • Maintain accurate directory and contact of people relevant to the business, and manage phone calls and emails in providing, disseminating, and receiving information from the management and/or office

  • In charge of filing and preserving relevant documents which may often be highly confidential in connection with business transactions and operations

  • Liaising with relevant organizations and clients connected with the operations and other business transactions                                                                

  • Implement and promulgate company rules and regulations

  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the management in coordination with other departments from time to time                                                                

  • Maintain honesty and integrity in the conduct of her job and observe strict confidentiality of any and all records and documents of the corporation


  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job title

  • Preferably female

  • Preferably at least one (1) year admin role experience

  • Must be of legal age

  • Approachable and dependable

  • Resourceful

  • Must have good foresight especially in terms of anticipating needs
