Is currently looking for:

 

LIAISON & DOCUMENTATION OFFICER

 

RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Coordinate with various local government units/agencies in processing Business Permits, Licenses, and other requirements of Co-owned business units.

  • Assist in handling registration, realty tax, and insurances of Company-owned business units

  • Assist in handling registration and insurances of Company-owned vehicles.

  • Prepare legal documents for Co-owned business units.

  • Assists in the renewal of annual business permits

  • Assists for the mechanical and electrical compliance.

  • Assists in monitoring and managing lease documents.

  • Assists and monitors and pays annual real property taxes.

  • Hands on in resolving conflicts and issue that could occur between the company and other agencies.

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the business and understand of how the processes of the company impacts the relationship with other entities

  • Monitors and coordinates with agencies to ensure that all services are provided efficiently.

  • Ensures the confidentiality at all times of all information pertaining to the company’s accounts including employers and applicants’ data.

  • Process important documents: insurance, clearances, permits, and other business-related papers with various local government units and agencies.

  • Process employees’ government mandated benefits application and claim, Income Tax Return application

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year related course

  • 1-2 years experience on Liaison Works

  • Preferably With motorcycle

  • Experience in dealing with government agencies is an advantage

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint) is a must

  • Knowledgeable with documentation of licenses and permits process

  • Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships

  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems

  • Capability to negotiate with and influence others

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
