LIAISON & DOCUMENTATION OFFICER
 
RESPONSIBILITIES, AUTHORITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Coordinate with various local government units/agencies in processing Business Permits, Licenses, and other requirements of Co-owned business units.
Assist in handling registration, realty tax, and insurances of Company-owned business units
Assist in handling registration and insurances of Company-owned vehicles.
Prepare legal documents for Co-owned business units.
Assists in the renewal of annual business permits
Assists for the mechanical and electrical compliance.
Assists in monitoring and managing lease documents.
Assists and monitors and pays annual real property taxes.
Hands on in resolving conflicts and issue that could occur between the company and other agencies.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the business and understand of how the processes of the company impacts the relationship with other entities
Monitors and coordinates with agencies to ensure that all services are provided efficiently.
Ensures the confidentiality at all times of all information pertaining to the company’s accounts including employers and applicants’ data.
Process important documents: insurance, clearances, permits, and other business-related papers with various local government units and agencies.
Process employees’ government mandated benefits application and claim, Income Tax Return application
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of any 4-year related course
1-2 years experience on Liaison Works
Preferably With motorcycle
Experience in dealing with government agencies is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint) is a must
Knowledgeable with documentation of licenses and permits process
Ability to establish and nurture beneficial business relationships
Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
Capability to negotiate with and influence others
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
