Works on teams responsible for designing, organizing and/or delivering training programs that meet defined business requirements for our clients.
Deliver face-to-face and virtual classroom training, creating a positive learning environment and ensuring that all delegates receive appropriate motivation, direction, coaching and
feedback to achieve the learning objectives
Monitors the effectiveness of training using individual or group performance results
Contributes to new training design and existing program enhancements
Assists in the development and creation of lesson plans and training aids
Collaborates with client teams to determine needs for future training
Research and keep up with external training trends. Suggest ways to incorporate into current and future training assets
Acts as a mentor to less experienced team members
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years of training experience
Training Needs Analysis
Training Program Administration
Training Environment Set-Up
Design Training Materials
Presentation Software Training & eLearning Software
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to work with moderate supervision
