CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - EMAIL SUPPORT

JOB DESCRIPTION

Use customer service skills and product knowledge to provide impartial, knowledgeable advice in service solutions to ensure customers end-to-end needs are met
Provide inspiring, genuine, and helpful service through email ensuring that no customer is left unserved or underserved.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction, feedback and report to management regularly on product issues based on customers' feedback.
Assist customers with support inquiries of orders, cancellations, refunds, warranties, or terms of sale.
Communicate with fulfillment centers for shipment of products/orders and resolve customer complaints via emails and ticketing system.
To ensure good customer service is being delivered at all times.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.
With exceptional typing and multi-tasking skills to complete transactions and provide support solutions through written communication.
Can type at least 40wpm.
Previous customer service and online chat or email support experience will be an advantage.
Enjoys working with others and can commit to promoting a positive team environment.
Must be meticulous and focused and must have clear communication and good command of the English language.
Displays a willingness to learn and is a self-starter.
Comfortable with a desk-bound environment.
