Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Developing and deploying the procurement strategy

  • Commodity Strategy

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply and business continuity 

  • Supply Transition Management

  • Supplier Rationalisation

  • Contractual Negotiation

  • Method of Supply (Schedules, Kanban, VMI, Consigned Stock)

  • Source, establish and maintains reliable suppliers

  • Prepares Purchase Order (PO) based on approved price, PR and quality standards set by the company


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or any business related course

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same field 

  • Negotiation and Entrepreneurial Skills

  • Knowledge on Purchasing Principles and Practices
