HR GENERALIST

Location/Assignment: Head Office (Mandaue)

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource Dev’t Management

  • Experience at least a year is an advantage

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Flexible with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Must possess a positive work attitude

  • Hardworking, honest, result-oriented and has good analytical skills

  • Mature, high sense of responsibility, well organized, can work under pressure and with minimum supervision

  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits (Alphalist)
